Accurate Scan with Sitemap
Enabling the sitemap is recommended for a more precise scan. If you run a scan without the auto-generated sitemap enabled, our solution will scan the website using the Webflow API to retrieve a list of static pages and crawl linked pages. This means that CMS pages or pages that are not linked from any other page may not be detected, which could compromise your data privacy compliance setup.
How to enable auto-generated sitemap
- Go to 'site settings' > 'SEO'
- Click to turn on 'Auto-generate sitemap’
⚠️ If your project contains draft or password-protected pages, the scanner may not be able to fully analyze them. This can result in an incomplete consent configuration. To ensure accurate results, publish all relevant pages before scanning, remove unfinished draft pages from the sitemap, or manually configure trackers for protected content.
